Casa Calma was above and beyond what we expected we spent 3 weeks there and it was perfect. we will be returning next year. The views from there must be the best in Boracay and the staff so helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel welcoming and cozy, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The location was great too—peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again. From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

Upon my arrival, I felt immediately at home in the apartment’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and provided ample space for my culinary needs. The panoramic view of the pool was truly impressive, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I could continue to praise the property, but in summary, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

it was a short yet an amazing unit to stay at, The place is great and the host is responsive. overall a great experience we'll definitely comeback.but there is always a but the parking (pay parking) is quite expensive. hopefully there is a free parking nearby.

I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the interior of the place even though it is quite small. Every space and corner was well planned and used.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

The place is spacious and there’s a separate aircon in the living room, making the whole space very comfortable. The TV is a plus, as they offer the premium Youtube account. Overall the place is very tidy. Highly recommended.

This apartment was a nice as the photos look. Very spacious and would easily accomodate a family or 2 couples without feeling cramped. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the front door which was important as I was a solo female traveller. Apartment is well equipped in the kitchen, but also the cafe, restaurant and 7/11 in the building took care of everything else. Hosts were great - even helping to address an issue with a neighbours air con unit that was excessively loud. Had a cleaner come in twice and they did a great job too.

The place is very clean and Joel is very accommodating and friendly. Good place to stay!

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

Stayed at Abner’s place for about 3 weeks and it’s one of our most amazing stays. The place looks great and is squeaky clean. Abner is such a friendly and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again!
