We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Siri’s place is hands-down the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. It’s spotless, tastefully designed, and stocked with everything you’d need. Siri was super responsive and made the whole stay effortless.

We really enjoyed our few days stay at Venica’s place. Clean, spacious, quiet, and great location. We felt very safe during our stay. The hosts are also very responsive. My family had gone back to the airbnb while we stayed out. They were having trouble with the door, so we were going to go back to the airbnb first to help them, but the hosts were able to help quickly without us having to go back. Would definitely recommend this airbnb and rebook for a future stay!

We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

The place is very spacious and truly feels like home. It’s absolutely worth what we paid for. The kitchen has plenty of room—not cramped at all—and is well stocked with cooking pans, plates, and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

Best spot for staycation with family.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful home away from home. Beds were very comfortable kitchen had all the items one needs to stay and cook at home. Raymond and Ruth were incredible hosts. Very active and considerate. And quick to respond when we had a question. I would recommend this stay to anyone. And I plan on staying here on my next visit.
