Loft vacation rentals in Philippines

I have stayed at Jet's condos for many years now and it's just as lovely and as comfortable as ever. Planning to stay there again soon so if you're reading this review, you might wanna beat me to the punch haha. Seriously though, it's just an awesome place with an awesome host, and awesome staff who look out and care for you. It's a home away from home.

Our stay in the unit was superb. it was clean and neat. Ms. Jennifer was responsive when the electric current went off due to busted light bulb. It was referred right away to an electrician. She's a super host. A minor suggestion, if the comfort room can be updated a bit please. Location of the unit was just fit for our BGC adventures. Recommended for future staycation and definitely, we will be back.

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over the holidays, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Hero and Tin are, without a doubt, the kindest, warmest, and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. We loved the fact that the place was 100% pet friendly! As a chaotic family with our fair share of inconveniences, we worried we might be too much to handle. But Hero and Tin's patience and genuine kindness put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel both welcome and cared for. Their hospitality is so exceptional that we couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about our rowdiness! We will definitely be back (if they'll still have us, haha) and won't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to friends and family. Wonderful apartment and absolutely great host and communication! The view is breath-taking, the location very near to IT Park and Ayala Center. I had some small trouble on arrival (wrong keys, disfunctional toilet flush) but they were fixed super fast. Jell was always super helpful and nice. Excellent communications and fast answers. Same for the other building staff. All very nice and always eager to help. Thanks for the great stay! Would definitely rebook if I'll be back in Cebu.

Such a lovely stay! The location was perfect—right at the back entrance of Shangri-La Fort and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and had all the comforts of home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, making it feel so welcoming. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. A great stay from start to finish—highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

It’s a nice place to stay , accessible to stores restaurants walking exercises . Church is right across the building. Easy to find address by relatives friends and visitors. The place is clean . Although noticed 1 or 2 little crawlers which I don’t like maybe needs to spray or fumigate before accommodating customers. Otherwise it’s a really nice place to stay. Stayed five weeks here with my fiancé. There were a couple minor maintenance issues but Anne always responded very quickly and was super helpful. Initial stay was for 4 weeks but Anne agreed to extend the stay another week at the discounted rate. She also gave us a few free cleanings of the unit. This place is at the SW corner of BGC. High street is about half a km away, Burgos Circle similar, SM Aura and Market Market around 1 km. Venice Mall is about 1.5km. The area is pretty quiet for BGC. Last time I stayed in Uptown and there were constant horns honking. Definitely liked this place better and the value is good given the size of the loft. The most important part of selecting somewhere for me, especially as a foreigner, is having a reliable and helpful host. Anne always responded to any issues or questions very quickly, usually in under half an hour, and she made this an easy and pleasant experience, speaking English well in addition to Tagalog Thank you for the great experience.

I would like to give a special thank you to ate Grace and kuya Bong for the memorable stay. I was trying hard to find something wrong with the place, but to be honest I couldn’t find anything to fault. The place was spotless clean and and it looks a lot better in person then the pictures. Nothing was an issue and the hosts always were quick to help in what ever requests I had. Very good location close to mega mall, restaurants and weekend food market. Really safe and clean place to stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to stay. Once again thank you so much guys . Salamat po🙏🏼

High floor = amazing view of Davao city The entire place was beautiful. As a coffee lover, my favorite feature was the nespresso machine. I brought work me during my stay so the nespresso machine saved me whenever I needed something to energize me.

The place is situated in a private and serene area of Baguio City. It’s particularly chilly in the mornings and is conveniently close to Camp John Hay. Everything felt comfortable, especially the bed, which was incredibly soft and gave us a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless (I’m quite picky about bathrooms, so this really stood out!). We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Baguio.

We stayed 4 perfect days at Sheryl. For us, who needed to stay in this area of the town, there is only positive things to say. It is very cosy for 2 and has a wide long window. Highly recommended!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was modern, clean and cozy just like the photos. There was a little bit of ceiling dust and kinda looks not well-maintained but overall everything was well-kept and comfortable. Communication was excellent—when I have some questions and requests, they provided them right away without any issue. We had a really pleasant stay, thank you!

It was a great experience to stay at this place. The property is incredibly lovely, and the cozy space made it feel like home. After a day of exploration, the peaceful surroundings are ideal for unwinding. They also have an honesty store inside. Moreover, the host was very responsive, even replacing the trash bin, ensuring that my stay went smoothly. I highly suggest it!
