Townhome vacation rentals in Philippines

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Space is spacious, can accomodate big groups or families. Thank you so much.

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

This place offers incredible value! Its location just off the main road makes it easy to get to the town center, which is a huge plus whether you're driving or relying on public transport. The apartment has everything you could need, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to purchase drinking water. Jojo is a wonderful host – so friendly, helpful, and a great source of information about the area. Highly recommend and I plan to return!

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Great place overall! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host and caretaker (Ms. Bheng) were very proactive and responsive, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free. The flexible check in time was a plus factor. However, it’s important to note that the layout involves a lot of stairs. The living and dining areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while most bedrooms are on the 4th floor and attic. Only the basement level/1st floor has rooms suitable for seniors (around 2 can stay comfortably there), so it’s not ideal for bigger groups with elderly members. Overall, a beautiful home for able-bodied guests, but not senior-friendly due to the steep vertical layout.

Everything was fine at this location although it did take a while to cool the upstairs. They graciously provided me with 24 bottles of water in the refrigerator before arriving.

We had a great time staying at her place. As much as we wanted to stay a little longer because 4 days is not enough the place is homey and quiet. Wel will definitely comeback to her place.

Stayed for almost a week at the place. The host was very helpful and very accommodating. The transient house was so clean and there are lot of amenities that made our stay enjoyable and stress free. The price we paid was a steal considering the amenities and the location of the house. It also provides superb security which gives a sense of ease and peace knowing that the place is well secured given the thought that it has security guards roving and it is a gated community. It is a great place for family or social groups given the space and the available bed spaces. I personally enjoyed the tranquil environment that it gives because after the busy day of tour and business meetings, you can relax and have a nice rest for the rest of the day. Will definitely book again once given the chance to go back in Palawan.

The place was beautiful. We felt right at home and all the amenities and appliances were available and working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Everything is great. Some few roaches and ants but it’s understandable in the Philippines. Host is really responsive and kind. No hassle in checking in.

The home is spacious and comfortable, very easy to find and the area is quiet. Kitchen is complete and made it easy for us to cook our food. Feels very homey.

Had a great stay! The place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed for more than a week and was working the entire weekdays. Wifi is fast and stable. Had enough plates, utensils, pots, and pans. Wish there was a rice cooker though (or maybe there was one but I just wasn't able to find it). Host is super helpful and responds quickly. The free motorcycle was such a nice bonus! Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Thony's place! The host was ver helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The washer and dryer worked great. I'm glad we didn't have to venture out to find a laundry place. We hope to stay there again someday. Thanks so much!

We stayed in this unit for 5 days and 4 nights and we'd really recommend this cozy unit. Thank you maam and sir for accommodating us. We really felt comfortable during our stay. Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. Overall the place is very worth the price and the host is extremely accommodating and responds very quickly and politely with all of our inquiries. Really had a wonderful experience with this place. :) The host provided a very detailed check in guidelines which should already help you out with your initial queries including how to get to the place and how to get in with the unit. Additionally, I wanted to commend Ms Lenn for being truthful. She could have hidden the fact about the announcement of possible power interruption in the place to keep the paid booking but she chose to be transparent and honest about it with us. She also even offer a free extension of stay for any inconvenience a power outage may cause us. Luckily, there were no actual power outage during our stay. Still, we truly appreciate how kind and honest Ms Lenn is. The actual place is very spacious, even the whole neighborhood is so big and quiet as well. Really great place and affordable too! Thanks for having us!

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.

The location was very close to SM Uptown Mall. Easy to find and secure entry with security personnel. The pool was an added benefit, but it was a shame you had to pay for each person every day to use the pool. There is ongoing construction going on behind the townhouse, so the noise started after 0700 AM and continued throughout the day. The equipment back-up warning buzzers were the most annoying. Inside the gated community was nice though and the townhouse layout worked nicely. The only complaint we had was the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom was setup with two single beds instead of a double bed. This bathroom was also the only place in the house with hot water. I don't know what the property manager was thinking, but this was such an inconvenience! We had to move the two beds together for our benefit and would have been too much of a problem to transfer a double bed from one of the other bedrooms. We could not fathom why someone would set it up that way for a married couple.
