We had a great time staying at LJ’s place very relaxing and had a nice view specially at night! Highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again in the future ☺️

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

Upon my arrival, I felt immediately at home in the apartment’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and provided ample space for my culinary needs. The panoramic view of the pool was truly impressive, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I could continue to praise the property, but in summary, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Great place to stay, and the hosts are very freindly and accomodating. My flight was early and they made it possible for me to check in early. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Very happy and will stay again in the future.

Darin was very helpful and met me outside to help me check in. He even paid for my taxi cab since I didn’t have cash to pay the driver after struggling to take out cash at the ATM! If it’s your first time in Manila, remember to bring cash and change it for local currency at the airport first.

I had an amazing experience with my partner and the place was spectacular, it felt like a whole new world. This place was filled with all your needs from utensils, to toothbrush kits, to towels and extra pillows. My only complained was that the blanket that we slept with had a unique smell where it was clean but wasn’t dried properly. Other than that I highly recommend this airbnb to all of those who are looking for a nice spot in cebu where all the places are walkable. Thanks for the service. Hope to book again 😊

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was stunning and set the perfect mood—peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place had such a good vibe. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is situated in a very convenient spot. Lots of Pet-friendly restaurant nearby. The place is very peaceful. I enjoyed reading at the balcony while listening to the sound of the forest beneath. Worth what we paid for. 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the interior of the place even though it is quite small. Every space and corner was well planned and used.

Loved our stay here. Mark & Tsin were easy to communicate with and all instructions were clear. Very spacious apartment, and beautiful view especially in the morning! The only thing I would say is for guests to be careful with ants and need to avoid having food laying around (which is expected for Southeast Asia). No issues otherwise :)

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

The place is spacious and there’s a separate aircon in the living room, making the whole space very comfortable. The TV is a plus, as they offer the premium Youtube account. Overall the place is very tidy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the condo! The property is clean and the host is very accommodating. She provided a crib for my little one. The rooms are very nice and spacious with tvs in each. Loved everything about this rental. Just keep in mind, if you’re getting dropped off in front of the condo with your luggages, there will be lots of stairs to climb and the staff won’t be able to assist you. I suggest getting dropped off by landers on either side of the building to avoid stairs. Would stay here again!

Very response host. I selected this place for my in-laws (4 people) for 2 nights prior to traveling. The location, no stairs, and parking spot were the reasons this place was selected. One person in the party is handicap so that made it easier. Only minus is the small bathroom in trying to accommodate the person with the handicap. Something I'll have to be more observant of.

walking distance to SM and close to my family and friends property. We don't use much of the facilities as we are mostly out of town. We are good to have clean place to stay after a tiring day.

The room was very cozy and clean, Beth was an outstanding host that really took care of us, we never felt like missing something, and she was always available on chat for any help. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing !

My partner and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and it’s squeaky clean. And the co-host, Ms. Marnelli, is very helpful and kind. We will definitely go back here 😊
