With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment 'Obergasserhof Hüttengaudi' in St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo di Sebato is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
