Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pevensey Bay

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house has all the comforts. The house is a house with stairs. Jo had warned about this. So we weren't surprised. In the house you lacked nothing and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was a bit of a problem. But in the end, it worked out well.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

Catherine's kittiwakes air bnb was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive booking Kittiwakes air b n b for the size of our family however it was a perfect size with the added benefit of storing luggage etc in the garage! Catherine's attention to detail is superb we very much enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb provided me such a special birthday experience, the terrace is ideal for catching sun in the day time and having a quiet smoke in the evening before bed. Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at, this is my favourite; the house is huge and to be quite honest like a maze.. the aesthetic and interior is magical. The only downside is that body towels arent provided but that just means being responsible and bringing one of your own :) The house was very homely and my friends really enjoyed themselves, cleaning up was not hard at all and it is really easy to locate where everything goes! There is an iron and heating if you ever do need it but it was really warm during our stay, there is fans in every bedroom and the beds are extremely comfortable; I'd love to stay again!!

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

Our stay at Peter’s was faultless. Both had a very relaxed and pleasant stay; the flat felt instantly homely as soon as we arrived. Amazing location for amenities in such a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of recommendations from Pete. Would be more than happy to stay again :)

Stayed at Caroline’s apartment for a wedding on what turned out to be the nicest weekend weather-wise! The apartment was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was lovely, and it’s in an ideal location within easy walking distance to great eateries and bars. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Location was close to the beach, bars and restaurants and easy to get to both Brighton and Hove. The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

Great apartment that’s 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of St Leonard’s. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I recommend!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!
