Alloggio pulito ,imbiancato di fresco ,mobilia nuova ,tutto assolutamente pulito ,davvero a 150 mt dal mare con spiaggia libera davanti casa ,ottimo posto anche per il nostro cagnone coccolato dagli host . Se dovessi tornare a francavilla (sicuramente vedremo altri posti ) la ricontatterò sicuramente

Outstanding stay! The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants, and kids' playgrounds. We had a small issue with check-in, and the host responded quickly and helped us resolve it over the phone. While there's no microwave or electric kettle, the apartment is well-equipped with plenty of other amenities. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Monica. Ihr Casa della Bellezza macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Zwischen Olivenbäumen lässt es sich perfekt entspannen. Monica ist eine tolle und gastfreundliche Person und und hat es an rein gar nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt🌞Außerdem hat die Umgebung einiges zu bieten. Seien es Wanderungen in den Nationalparks, Ausflüge an die Ostküste oder ein Tagestrip nach Rom. Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann noch einmal zu Monica in ihr kleines Paradies kommen können.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

A great place I would also recommend for longer trips as it is well equipped, we were unfortunately only passing through for two nights. Very spacious clean place, good location. Very nice and hospitable hosts, I recommend

L'appartamento di Sara è stato ben oltre le aspettative! Tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito; le differenze si possono apprezzare anche nei minimi dettagli come le forniture nel bagno e cucina di prodotti non da discount ma bensì di ottima qualità, kit di primo soccorso, olii essenziali e diffusore annesso, wifi. L'appartamento multo luminoso è situato in zona tranquilla, servito da un ottimo box e un ampio parcheggio gratuito di fronte al complesso. Cucina attrezzatissima, balconcino che offre la possibilità di poter cenare all'aperto o semplicemente godersi un po' di relax. Sara è sicuramente un host molto attenta ai dettagli e sempre disponibile. La terrò sicuramente in considerazione per viaggi futuri a Chieti.

L'appartamento, nuovo, è in una zona centralissima e pedonale della città al 6° piano con una bella vista dei dintorni e delle montagne. Ogni attività o servizio può essere facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è calda, i letti comodi e la zona giorno ha una cucina nuova. Molto accogliente. Malgrado sia circondata da negozi e movida le notti sono silenziose. Torneremo certamente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comoda, Lorenzo e Adriana sono persone splendide . La casa è pulita e ben fornita con anche la possibilità di fare il barbecue. Ci torniamo!

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Soggiorno di 10 giorni. Alessandro si è rivelato un host perfetto, attento e disponibile. Appartamento stupendo in piccola palazzina su strada chiusa e tranquilla e silenziosa. Dotato di aria condizionata che però non è stata utilizzata perchè L'appartamento è ben ventilato e soleggiato con balconi su tre lati e vista su bellissime piante di agrumi. Pulizia impeccabile e abbondante dotazione di tutto il necessario per l'avvio della permanenza: dai detersivi a generi alimentari indispensabili. A meno di un minuto da un ampio giardino pubblico, dalla strada Parco (ciclo pedonale), dalla pineta e dalla spiaggia. Il centro commerciale è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Assolutamente da consigliare.

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto, grande, pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione, facile per spostarsi a piedi. Nicola molto gentile e disponibile. Pienamente soddisfatti

Soggiorno perfetto! Eravamo due coppie con tre bambini, spazio enorme nelle casa, dotata di ogni confort e occorrente. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Passolanciano! Il signor Fiore è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza!

Zona molto tranquilla, alloggio molto bello e spazioso, con parcheggio privato e dotato di tutti i confort. Bronis è un Host perfetto. molto disponibile e attenta agli ospiti esperienza molto positiva.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abseits, ist dafür aber ruhig. Man hat die gesamte Unterkunft für sich alleine, das war fantastisch. Der Pool und die Outdoor Küche sind ebenfalls super. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole nell’appartamento di Michele, fornito di tutto ciò che occorre. Molto piacevole e organizzato anche lo spazio esterno. Michele è stato sempre molto disponibile nel consigliarci ed anche nell’accoglienza! Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sappiamo dove andare! Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm, insbesondere durch die Klimatisierung, wie jetzt im Juli. Der sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten bietet die unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und hat auch genug Privatsphäre. Das Parken und die Erreichbarkeit ist sehr einfach, sicher und zuverlässig. Zu fuß ist es nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man nach Teramo in die Altstadt, oder z.B. ins la battista (Empfehlung) möchte. Nicht weil es weit ist, sondern weil das Anwesen etwas außerhalb liegt und man dann ein Stück an der Straße gehen muss. Aber das war im Vorfeld klar, dafür ist die PKW Zufahrt hervorragend. Der Standort selbst ist sehr gut, kurz ans Meer und relativ kurz in die Berge. Die Möglichkeiten vor Ort sind unendlich. Felice ist ein sehr umgänglicher und sehr freundlicher Mensch, der seinen Gästen vertraut. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bell`abruzzo wir kommen wieder!

Abbiamo adorato ogni secondo di questa vacanza! Appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e dotato di accortezze come macchina del caffè e utensili da cucina e microonde. Vincenzo poi è una persona squisita, attenta e premurosa. Consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora di tutto! Simone e Cristina

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour, la proximité avec la plage ainsi que la piscine dans la résidence est un atout.Malgre la barrière de la langue Lorenzo a été très accueillant et c'est rendu disponible, le point à corriger est le bruit du climatiseur aussi bien celui à l'intérieur que le groupe a l'extérieur qui nous à troublé notre sommeil.
