The apartment with one bedroom and bathroom is rented, which is located in a building from the early 1900s located near Pescara Vecchia. The house, recently furnished, is part of my apartment but is structurally separate and has an independent entrance. The area is served by many amenities and is in a convenient location for getting around: the university and the most central area are easily reached on foot and the airport is a few km away and can be reached by bus.
