The apartment is exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all amenities. The location is really strategic, a few steps from the sea and close to the center, with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The host was super helpful and attentive, welcomed us with kindness and provided us with great tips on what to visit in the area. Check-in was simple and punctual. The house is quiet and well air-conditioned, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or around the city. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and also a stable Wi-Fi connection for those who have to work. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Pescara, both for vacation and work. I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

The accommodation is beautiful, modern and very clean. The place is spectacular, a beautiful and unique place, very quiet. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the countryside, this is the place for you!!

Very spacious, clean and tidy. 70 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the shopping mall. The area is very safe and beautiful for walking. It was worth booking. Totally recommended.

Rachele is a lovely host. Her place is beautiful. The beach is just 5 mins away with a ton of restaurants to choose from. There is a fabulous pedestrian shopping & restaurant area about a 20 minute walk. Grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. It is very quiet at night and it is a lovely place. Highly recommend! We felt right at home!

Filipo was fantastic from start to finish. He met us at our gate, showed us around, made recommendations and provided a generally enjoyable experience. We stayed at Filippo's apartment for 3 weeks and he checked on us regularly. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Pescara City Center. The beach is close. The shops are close. The food is close. Bars. Nightlight. Everything is only a few minutes walk. Trains are maybe 7 min. It was perfect. Would stay again next trip to Pescara.

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and conveniently located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

Lovely host, most supportive, communicative and also very warm as person. Spacy apartments with all facilities. Great views and quiet neigbourhood complete the great package, Perfect for anyone who does not mind driving a bit to the beach resorts etc 🙂

We had a fantastic week as a family with 3 children. Bruno and Patrizia are very sweet and friendly hosts. We felt right at home. You will stay in part of their large villa that is separated from them. The pool and outdoor kitchen/bathroom are also for your use, where we spent most of our time. The view from garden and balcony is fantastic. It is in a nice location as a base for trips in the area. We can recommend this apartment to everyone. We would love to come back again.
