La casa di Massimo è un tuffo nel passato, pulitissima, silenziosa, fresca, ampia e perfetta per staccare la mente dalla routine! Massimo e la sua famiglia poi sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità mai vista da un host. Tutto veramente impeccabile, noi e il nostro Nerone non vediamo l'ora di tornare! 🐶

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Fantastische locatie in het laatste dorpje voordat je echt de bergen in gaat! En toch is de bewoonde wereld en de supermarkt nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Het huis was voor ons tweetjes ruim genoeg, eigenzinnig ingericht en comfortabel. Michele is een toffe host die op een aangename manier in de buurt is en rustig communiceert. We kregen verse eitjes en visstoof van hem en hij heeft ons een paar goeie tips over de omgeving gegeven. We hebben de jacuzzi niet gebruikt, maar de yoga-studio wel. Ook de dorpsbewoners - en dat zijn er niet veel - waren heel vriendelijk.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ubytování jsme si užili. Komunikace s Rosou byla v pořádku. Byt je prostorný, ocenili jsme možnost využití zahrady. Je odsud nedaleko i na pláž. A pejsek Ugo, to byl bonus navrch, nejmilejší pejsek, jakého jsme na cestách potkali.

Das charmante und wunderschöne Haus hat uns verzaubert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Garten ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und läd an verschiedenen Plätzen zum verweilen ein. Es ist eine sonnige Lage und die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Auch für unseren Hund war es ideal u d er hatte sein Paradis. Rundherum gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Lucia war eine tolle Gastgeberin und man sieht, dass alles mit viel Liebe am Haus und am Garten gemacht wird. Vielen Dank für Alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

We truly cannot praise Rob and Ilonka’s place enough! They are truly the most caring, diligent, and thoughtful hosts we have ever had. The home was immaculate upon arrival, stocked with snacks, drinks, wine, and daily necessities. Rob and Ilonka were kind enough to give us a tour of the house, provide suggestions for stores and day-trips nearby; they even offered to start a fire in the fireplace during the cooler Tuscan nights. The views were breathtaking, and the pool was an excellent amenity to sit and enjoy the peaceful landscape. The couple did not miss a single detail, which was evident in how they care for their place, their generous hospitality, and their authentic desire to provide their guests with an extraordinary stay. From friends to family, we are beyond grateful for the people and place that made Tuscany feel like our true home away from home.

Un séjour de rêve à Pesaro ! Tout était absolument parfait. La maison, nichée dans un cadre bucolique, offre un véritable havre de paix, entourée de verdure, d’un jardin fleuri, d’un verger et même de quelques poules en liberté. Le calme qui y règne est ressourçant. Le studio était impeccable, propre et fonctionnel, et le canapé-lit particulièrement confortable. Mais ce que nous retenons surtout, c’est l’extraordinaire gentillesse de Sylvia, qui nous a accueillis avec une générosité rare. Elle a su rendre notre arrivée et notre séjour aussi simples qu’agréables. Nous avons également eu la chance de rencontrer Giacomo et son père, deux personnes profondément adorables, avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux. Encore mille mercis pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous garderons un souvenir ému de cette parenthèse à Pesaro… et de vous tous !

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Ein Schmuckstück auf dem Land. Wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Italo gab uns tolle Tips für Restaurants und mehr. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Vielen Dank

L’appartamento era davvero bellissimo, pulito e ben organizzato. Situato a pochi passi dal mare, con accesso facile e comodo, è stato il punto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la zona. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giacomo, il proprietario: sempre disponibile, cordiale e veloce nelle risposte. Ha reso tutto semplice e piacevole, dal check-in alla partenza. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei volentieri!

Ottima esperienza, appartamento molto grande e attaccatissimo al centro, ideale per che vuole muoversi solo a piedi. Perfetto anche per chi come noi ha due bambini piccoli perché collocato a piano terra. Host molto accogliente e disponibile, pronto anche a fornire consigli utili su ristoranti e posti da visitare.

Vanessa’s apartment is newly built, well appointed & in a great place between the old town & the beach. Vanessa is a great host, organising a kettle & adapters for us & our taxi to the station, early in the morning. Would definitely recommend this apartment in Pesaro.

Cristina was very welcoming, the apartment is exactly as described, we had a great time, very hospitable hostess and great facilities. close to the beach and walking distance to Riccio. great place to relax by the water.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Raffallella apartment is in a great location in the old town. Beside everything you need to see Handy to get to the station and the beach. She was so kind and helpful Can only say good things about her and her apartment Thank you for everything

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro's property and felt welcome from the very beginning. The BnB has stunning views around the whole property and I can absolutely recommend to book this apartment. It is well equipped with everything you need.

Diego war ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber.. Wir haben uns fürs verlängerte Wochenende in der Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt, die zweistöckige Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, eine super Infrastruktur und einen schönen Blick auf die Hügel des Hinterlandes !)
