Our apartment is located on the first hill of Pesaro, 2.5 km from the sea in a quiet and panoramic area. You will be 2 km from Pesaro and 6 km from Fano. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with access from the garden. In addition to two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and shower, the apartment has a large living area with a fireplace. The second room is available for 3 or more guests or upon request. Availability of equipment for young children (crib with sides and high chair).

The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

Apartment on two floors in a villa on the Pesaro waterfront, with park, and swimming pool. Guests have two free bicycles with child seats. The beach equipped with a lifeguard and bar/restaurant is in front of the house, the cost is €10 per day for an umbrella and two deck chairs (May, June, September) and €15 (July, August). Private parking inside the garden is €10 per day (April, May, June, September) and €15 (July, August). Tourist tax €2.0/night/person

A TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE SEA

A terrace overlooking the sea is an accommodation located in the center of Fiorenzuola di Focara, in the town square near the road that descends to the beach below. The building presumably dates back to the 19th century, and the original structure has been kept intact, except for some minor improvements made over the years. In the village, a short walk from two restaurants, a bar, a piadineria and a grocery store.
