Vacation rentals with beach access in Pesaro

Posto tranquillo, come da annuncio, pulito e ordinato. Rita e suo marito sono delle persone gentilissime ed educatissime, non posso che ringraziarli per l'ospitalità e la cortesia che ci hanno dimostrato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Cattolica, ci siamo trovati benissimo La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, e arredata con cura ma soprattutto pulita e ordinata. Alberto è un host gentile e preciso. consigliato come alloggio per trascorrere qualche giorno a cattolica

Miejsce z bliskim dostępem do piekarni, przystanku autobusowego i wejścia na plażę. Apartament czysty, przestronny z łatwym zameldowaniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam :)

Appartamento di fronte alla spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, lungomare ciclabile e pedonale e a 5 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro a Senigallia . Tutto come nella descrizione , torneremo

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Wir haben bei Serafina in Senigallia eine große Parterrewohnung gemietet, in einem Haus, das auf einem Hügel steht. Der Hügel reicht bis in die Stadt hinein. Aus dem Garten des Hauses sieht man die in 3 km entfernte Adria. Wenn man das Haus in die Gegenrichtung verlässt, kommt man direkt in die schöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Da kann man kleine Wanderungen machen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Dies ist Serafina und ihrem Ehemann Francesco, ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrer Gastfreundschaft zu verdanken. Wir kommen gerne nach Senigallia , weil Senigallia eine schöne, moderne, seinem geschichtlichen Erbe verbundene, dem Strandleben und der Kunst zugewandte Stadt ist.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Siamo stati qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Yuri e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è stato un dispiacere solo dover andare via! La casina è adatta a tre persone, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito e dotato di biancheria di ricambio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non se ne è sentito la mancanza, nonostante il caldo di agosto. L’accesso alla spiaggia libera è comodissimo e di fronte a casa. Yuri si è dimostrato super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su spiagge, posti da visitare e indicazioni sulle attività limitrofe. Ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche due biciclette, utilissime per piccoli spostamenti! Ho apprezzato molto anche il consiglio sulla tartare di tonno (speciale!) che fanno nel ristorante che è proprio accanto all’abitazione! Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat Meerblick vom Balkon. Mit Gino lief die Kommunikation sehr gut er war immer schnell zu erreichen

Appartamento davvero confortevole, con una splendida vista sul mare,direttamente sulla spiaggia a cui si accede direttamente dal giardino condominiale. La casa offre davvero tutto e anche di più! Non solo gli essenziali in cucina (olio,zucchero,tè,caffè) ma anche alcune bottiglie di acqua e addirittura un prosecco come benvenuto. Inoltre giochi e libri per bambini che i miei piccoli hanno apprezzato tantissimo. A disposizione anche due biciclette comode per fare la spesa senza dover muovere l'auto. La zona è tranquilla, lungo una strada poco trafficata. in una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare con la pista ciclabile che porta in centro. Carla sempre molto cordiale e gentile in ogni contatto. Orari di check in e check out super flessibili. Non solo,a causa di un brutto imprevisto siamo dovuti partire con un giorno di ritardo,ma Carla ci ha consentito di slittare la prenotazione senza farci perdere neanche un giorno! Sicuramente da consigliare: esperienza ottima!
