Lake side house rentals in Perry Lake

Roberta's place was a perfect location for us. Close enough to Topeka and other attractions but far enough away to feel peaceful. The lake views were incredible in the morning.

Every year, my mom, two sisters, and our adult daughters (11 of us total) plan a women’s retreat, and finding a place that’s both spacious and special can be a challenge. Wade Ranch was a dream come true—and Leslie was the most wonderful host! From the beginning, Leslie’s communication was clear and welcoming. Her directions were spot-on, and we were so touched to find snacks and treats thoughtfully selected with our group in mind. That kind of personal touch made us feel right at home. The house itself is something special—my niece dubbed it vintage cowboy chic and we all agreed! It’s beautifully decorated with a keen eye for detail. The bathrooms and kitchen have been tastefully updated, all while preserving the charm of the 100-year-old farmhouse. We held a Bible study around the campfire one evening, and when the weather turned the next day, there was more than enough room to gather comfortably in the cozy living room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Wonderful Stay! This was our second time staying at Scott’s Tall Grass Lodge, and it was just as perfect as the first. We loved being able to walk around the pond and soak in the peaceful surroundings. A few storms rolled through during our visit, and it was actually a treat to stay in and enjoy the sound of the rain—so relaxing! The lodge was incredibly clean and, as always, very accommodating. Scott is a great host and we’ll definitely be back again.

Shereen was very responsive and helpful!! The place looked like the photos. It is a little walk to the lake and you can’t see the lake from the house but it was still beautiful countryside. Very spacious and lots of yard space for games and being outside. Didn’t use the lake front as water was really high and you couldn’t walk out to the dock because of this. Not her fault of course just be aware if you are renting during a rainy time. Lots of sleeping spaces and great kitchen!! Would definitely consider renting again.

When I got there I was exhausted so I neglected to read everything they had to read. Ì was cold and didn't I know how to turn the AC up so I called Aaron. He was super nice and patient with me, and told me how. Afterwards I read everything and it was all typed up how to do it. Instead of saying it's all on paper he just told me how. I felt like he was a super great guy and Iwas very impressed.

Shelby was very responsive and friendly. The house was just like in the pictures. The beds were comfy. The porch was nice to sit on late at night and early mornings. This is on a busy road but the noise didn't bother us at all when we were inside. We felt safe. Parking is a lil tricky but doable, just follow the instructions, we were able to park 2 vehicles (pulled up tight) inside the gate on the cement pad!

Have stayed here in the past and location is great for me and convenient to amenities.

Working with Jeramey was great! I needed a secure and comfortable place near Crown Center that worked for our guest artists and this place delivered. We also had disabled artists who appreciated the accessibility of the place. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful property that was absolutely perfect for my family! We felt completely at home and had everything we needed to cook and eat family style both inside and out! The outdoor spaces are such an added bonus!

This house was the perfect escape for our girls’ weekend! Beautiful and secluded residence but very conveniently located to restaurants, walking trails, and the airport. The host was proactive, friendly and communicative. The space was clean, cozy, and well- stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the back patio and admiring the flower gardens planted there. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a KC getaway!

This was the perfect home for my family visiting from out state to stay at! The home was so spacious, we were all able to move through out the home without feeling crowded. Fishing and swimming from the dock was icing on the cake for my nephews and brothers! Thank you Jenny for everything! We all enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

What a nifty place! Loved the exposed brick and clean esthetic. Bedding and the quiet sleep was divine. Central, with short walk to all the restaurants and shops.

We had a great time and the ease of setup couldn’t have been easier because they did all the work. A wonderful weekend on the lake was had and we would definitely book with them again.

This is a hidden gem! Kale is a great host, communicated very quickly. Felt right at home. Bed was quite comfortable too, not always the case so was a welcome surprise! Enjoyed occasional visits from the neighbor pups, so sweet & well mannered! We will definitely return to this location in the future! Thank you Kale!

Really nice place. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was nice and updated. We were in town for Benedictine College graduation and it was a pleasant 30 minute drive away from BC.

Beautiful place. Host was quick responding and helped with our early check in request. Beds were comfy, everything clean, tv had tv networks for movies for our kids, great place!!

We loved staying at Pam’s cottage! It was close to our family’s home in Winchester and had beautiful scenery! My kids loved playing with the ping pong table and exploring outside. We enjoyed watching butterflies and birds and even had a deer come down the driveway at sunset.

Front start to finish it is fabulous. The property is perfectly maintained. Kitchen is extremely well supplied with all of the best gadgets, dishes etc. it allowed is to have the family together for many meals and enjoy our time. This home is a blessing for many to come. Will definitely book again. Thank you so much to the owners. Truly kind people.
