We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. I had a great stay at this bungalow! It has all the amenities needed for a safe, cozy, and comfortable stay. It’s also a really nice looking little place. Easy to get to everything in Eudora, yet secluded enough for quietude. Very simple to keep clean and organized! I’m grateful for Melissa and this awesome little place! Easy parking access through the alley in the back! I could back my car easily to the porch to load and unload my stuff. This was so much nicer than my hotel stays in the past!

Matt and his team were exceptional hosts, ensuring that my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The Airbnb itself was very nice, and I truly appreciated the new amenities and attention to detail. As someone from Los Angeles, the change in scenery was a refreshing and delightful experience. I regret not bringing my hiking shoes for the trails, but I look forward to visiting again in the future and taking full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. We loved staying in this enchanting cabin. The cabin is so modern yet quaint and cozy. The entire wall of windows opens up to an outside view. Including a stream and bridge. The morning views were peaceful and the evening views were lit up with lights hanging from the trees. Everyone we met were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. We truly couldn't have asked for more.

Place is great, was very clean and well stocked. The HVAC is mini splits and worked great. Place has more space then the pictures show and there is plenty of parking.
