Vacation rentals with beach access in Perry

Brenda’s place was great! Exactly what we needed for our stay in Huntsville!

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

Windfall felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed to cook and was very clean. It was also close to alot of cool hikes and the cute towns which my partner and i found scenic and peaceful this time of year. (Oct)

Tranquil and completely private place. If you are looking for a perfect spot in heart of muskoka, this is the place for you! Loved the private dock and kayak facility. Super nice hosts. Would love to stay over on my next visit.

Travelling in an area which is a little under serviced for accommodations. This wonder apartment was a great stop on our journey. Very interesting history of the property, so pleased the host to preserve and share it with others.

The place was a beautiful cottage, very well decorated and extremely clean! The place had everything you could ever need and Ryan and Bryan were extremely quick to respond and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again!

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. This condo was simply wonderful! Highly recommend! The location was fabulous, the condo was perfect!

I wish we could give 10 stars! Everything from the booking, to the information received beforehand, to communication while we were there, was fantastic. The amenities helped us wind down after a family wedding and celebrate our daughter's birthday! Jesse was very flexible for meeting our family's need and hopes while we were in Huntsville. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon! PS playing pacman and making espressos were definitely highlights!!!

We recently stayed at Phil’s place and although short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen is very well equipt, beds are comfortable, it was clean, quiet and the views looking over the water were amazing. Be mindful that there are two sets of full stairs to get from the bedrooms to the kitchen but would we go there again, absolutely.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean with lots of extras. The beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed an afternoon on the terrace in peaceful surroundings. I must admit this was the best of all stays I've experienced and I will definitely return. The host was responsive and assisted when requested. highly recommended..
