A hidden gem is a large deck, perfect for relaxing after skiing, mountain hikes, or practicing yoga. It also offers plenty of space for barbecues with friends as well as games for the kids. The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

In the beautiful surroundings of the mountain town of Pernink we offer accommodation for up to 25 (+2 extra beds) people in 7 rooms in a newly renovated cottage (2019). The neighborhood of the chalet encourages year-round sporting activities. In winter, you can climb a running trail directly behind the cottage or go skiing 100 meters away. Adrenaline lovers will find their way around snowkiting on the vast Ore Mountains plains. Spring, summer, and fall are in the spirit of mountain biking or hiking.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.
