Monthly Rentals in Perkinsfield

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

Beautiful home! We absolutely loved the living area. It felt cozy with all the natural light coming in through the ceiling windows. The dining area was great on a snowy day. We played the games and enjoyed the views of the snow-covered pine trees! Loved the location and the house. Would recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about the host, Lisa and the space itself. Everything was as described, everything was as it is in the pictures, if I had any questions or needed to message about something she was quick and helpful when responding. Everything is laid out simply and clear and the experience was flawless. 10/10 for me. If I'm ever in the area again I would not hesitate to book this Air B&B again through Lisa.

We were so satisfied for being the first time we booked a AIRBNB. We like the clean airy atmosphere when we walked in. Kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. ( I do a lot of cooking ). We were there for 6 weeks. Our hosts were always in contact to make sure our needs were met. We so enjoyed Midland and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend this AIRBNB👍💗
