Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Downtown La Rochelle is 15 min by bike, well served with bike paths and by bus (bus stops are close to the house). Downtown Périgny is 5 min walk with all shops and a great U market is 3 km walk. Close to Parc des Coureilles and the aquatic center.
