This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

We had a great weekend at Patricia's apartment, the location was beyond our expectations, right at the foot of the beach! It was fantastic. We'll definitely be back. 😍

We spent three weeks in this extremely pleasant apartment, located on the third and top floor. Very quiet. Camille could not be present when we arrived, which was a shame because we could have had explanations on how the devices work and a few other details. This did not prevent us from having a great stay at Camille's apartment. You feel good in La Rochelle.

We had a lovely stay in La Rochelle. It is a beautiful city with loads of activities for a family. We stayed at La Conciergerie De Mélanie's which was in an excellent location right in the centre. The check-in was easy and Melanie was friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs which we did not mind but may be an issue for some people. The apartment was bright and clean and modern. The rooms were comfortable. We particularly loved the view from the balcony where we could relax and people watch after a day of sight seeing. We would highly recommend this accommodation for a person wanting a central stay in La Rochelle.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

We only stayed one night in this place, but we could have stayed much longer. The decoration is done with taste and the cleanliness is top notch. The accommodation, although adjoining the owners, is just as good as the others, it is very well insulated and the street is very quiet. The accommodation has everything you need (hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes rack, etc.). A big thank you to the owners for providing some coffee capsules for our arrival, we greatly appreciated it! The bedding is great and the bed spacious (160). Without a doubt if we had to come back, we would choose this accommodation!

Short trip, but excellent. I'm happy to come back if I have a chance. Linda is extremely welcoming and cheerful. It is pleasant after a long drive. Flexible, she adapted without worries to my late arrival. The accommodation is very good, I could live there every day without any problems! The description and photos are true to reality, everything is clean and functional. In addition, Linda knows a very good fast food restaurant on the island, cheap and undoubtedly the best I have tasted there. Ask her, she'll be happy to tell you where to find it... You can go there without so much as a second thought, it's 5 stars at all levels

Stayed for 5 months whilst studying at the local university. Perfect for both long term or short term stay. Fully equipped, awesome view , easy and gorgeous walk to old port and university. Lovely beach and coastal walking track nearby. A perfect home away from home- and fabulous host who was super responsive and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!!

Well-located apartment in the middle of the island. For my weekend with friends, it was great!

We had a lovely stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really a stone's throw from the ocean, and close to beach shops (shops, bars, restaurants, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but has everything you need when you leave for a few days of change of scenery. We would 100% recommend

Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we'll be happy to come back! thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and trust.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.
