I'm Guillaume, your host! At the age of 20, I settled in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean, and I've stayed ever since. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

This charming independent studio (non-smoking) of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a mezzanine (low ceiling) is located in Les Grandes Rivières between Dompierre-sur-Mer and Sainte-Soulle.

The exterior features a small outdoor space with light gravel and white stones, complemented by a decorative olive tree. A pair of wooden folding chairs and a small table are positioned against the wall, providing a cozy spot for relaxation. A private entrance is visible.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, plate, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
