One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. For ski lovers, the Kronplatz ski area is only 700 metres away. Percha is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or to the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park with its high peaks, alpine inns and unspoilt nature.

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
