The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit located in the gardens. This unit has one bed. Airbnb uses some kind of AI that insists there are two beds.

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Take a short walk down the street and enjoy the most beautiful walking park in Joplin, other trails and a large park where kids can play and adults can enjoy the walk around the park. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a few blocks away. Medical school is across the street; down a couple blocks. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and two baths. You will be amazed at the space and decor!

It's close to the hospitals, the I-44 exit, and restaurants. It is small - probably ideal for no more than two people - but incredibly cozy and the decorations are well-appointed. We try to provide all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer.
