Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

The condo was very clean, very close to the indoor and outdoor pools. Jennifer responded to all of my questions quickly and notified me as soon as we could get into the condo and on the first night she made sure everything was up to our standards on arrival.

Me and my boyfriend make an annual trip down to Pensacola Beach and this was our first time staying at Nancy’s place and it was perfect! Her space had all the amenities you need like beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and dishes for cooking! It’s across the street from beach and an easy walk. The pool was also a nice touch and the view of the bay from the balcony was great. All the restaurants are within a 5 minute drive with a little convenience store minutes away as well. Nancy is also super kind and gave great recommendations and had clear communication! We will definitely try to book her space for next year as well!

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay this past week over the busy Memorial Day Week. Love the quiet and family centered environment at LaPlaya. Even with the busy beaches due to holiday- LaPlaya was not overrun or crowded. Check in and check out was super easy with the pick up just down the street. I do prefer having a coded door entry just for ease of entry and not to keep up with a key all week but that's just a personal preference. We were offered early entry (about 45 min) but didn't make it due to traffic but it was nice to be offered without asking. Condo is beautiful and well kept. It had all the basics we needed and had a few extras too! My boys enjoyed the board games and my husband was happy about the air fryer! 😅 Views are amazing and we really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings for wind down and reading. Plenty of space to enjoy. Carpets in the 2 guest bedrooms look a little worse for wear in high traffic areas but otherwise everything prestine and clean. We would 100% return

We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!

April was very accommodating, let us arrive early, responded to inquiries. The house was immaculate and very, very dog friendly. I would recommend this house 100%.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was very clean. We liked that the yard was fenced high from the road with privacy. The outdoor shower was great. Would highly recommended.

This is our 5th time staying at DW and Frank's place was by far the best one we've stayed it. It was super clean (thanks Amanda), cozy, inviting and had the best view of the beach. We recommend enjoying your coffee on the balcony! Having the daily included chair/tent setup was a luxury. It's so nice not having to bring the chairs/tent to and from the beach. Frank's place is in a prime location to the pier, shops and restaurants at the Boardwalk. It's also a 10 minute drive to Destin where there are a ton of places to eat (Harbor Docks, McGuire's) and shopping at Harborwalk Village. If you're craving cookies then you must try "Thick Cookies" in Fort Walton Beach. We let Amanda know that the blender was broken on the first day and within an hour a brand new one was on our kitchen counter! Amanda texted us day after to make sure there was nothing else we needed. :-) What great hosts. We do recommend bringing hangers as there were only 4. We can't wait to return next June!

the home was absolutely wonderful! my family of 6 felt right at home. Beach access; walk out of the home, turn left om the sidewalk, walk 2 homes and turn left to a sidewalk that is a straight shot to the beach. it was never crowded, even on Memorial Weekend. We spent 6+ hours at the beach each day we were there. This home and location will not disappoint, just book it.

Excellent views of the beach and ocean! The pictures didn’t do it justice! The balcony was large and spacious enough for all of us to enjoy meals there or just relax and enjoy the views. The condo was plenty big for our family of seven, we never felt cramped or crowded. The property itself is maintained very well, clean and everything working as it should. We found a couple nice walkable, restaurants, and Oceanside bars for entertainment in the evenings. It’s a lovely area to vacation at! highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing time at Gulf Winds! Lesley was a great communicator! The condo was perfect for my family. We loved the easy beach access and sitting on the balcony enjoying the sites and sounds of the Gulf. It was a huge bonus that Lesley had beach chairs available for our use. We used them every day! The location is perfect! We loved the private feel to the beach. We put the kitchen to use and cooked a couple of days. I literally do not have a single complaint. Really great condo. Clean, well kept. Location was perfect. Close to everything. Restaurants were in walkable distance. Beautiful city view. We had issues initially with the code not working for the entry lock but Vacasa figured it out fairly quickly for us.

Beautiful views. Beautifully decorated. You feel in awe as you walk in the door. The views are spectacular. And the condo is clean, decorated well and feels like a home. Asti is an excellent communicator. We wanted to add one night to our stay and she had availability for that one night and she made it happen. Highly recommend this condo and Portofino Island Resort.

We loved staying here! The condo is exactly like pictured, very clean, and love the proximity to the pool and beach! It’s on the second floor and near the elevators so accessing the car was also really quick. The view was gorgeous and we saw dolphins from the balcony and could watch our teens in the pool. The balcony is also right over the garden/bbq area which was wonderful so we weren’t directly over the pool. Also, all of the facilities had very friendly staff and they worked hard to keep everything clean. Okaloosa Island is perfect! We went middle of May to beat the crowds, and enjoyed our stay. Destin is 12 minutes away and we ate at some fantastic places: Okaloosa Yummy (best donuts ever), Berries & Cream (ice cream is soo good), the Edge which is right on the ocean in Destin, and Crackings had the best breakfast ever! The Gulfarium Marine adventure was a lot of fun along with walking down the boardwalk where we saw sharks and a dolphin. We will definitely be back!
