Add in beach chair service (March through October), along with new appliances and other renovations that are too numerous to list fully, and you have one of the best beach vacation experiences imaginable without spending a small fortune!

Enjoy coffee and cocktails on an amazing balcony overlooking the Bay. Walk or bike to shopping, dining, and the Gulfside. 1 bedroom condo with a loft. The open concept living/kitchen has a 7' island. Beds include King in master, queen in the loft and a queen sofa bed. 1 covered parking spot . 2 bikes 2 Inflatable paddle boards also included.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
