This place is so close to the beach you really don't ever leave it when you're staying here. I've been visiting Destin for nearly 40 years and have never stayed anywhere as magical as this. Can't wait to return.

Was met by a wonderful couple when I arrived. Instructions for accessing room couldn’t have been any clearer. Comfortable, quiet, peaceful. I enjoyed my stay.

Exceeded every expectation. My fiancé and I were blown away by the thoughtfulness of the communication, the amenities (they literally thought of everything!) and the perfect cleanliness; better than a 5-star hotel. We can not wait to book our return visit. I wish there were more stars to give!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view, the location, the private beach, the deck are what makes this unit SO enjoyable. Nice well stocked kitchen and all appliances were great. It was clean. Close to many restaurants that we enjoyed very much. This is a gem to me for the location, private beach and VIEW alone. Washer/dryer was great. James was very attentive to a minor issue and fixed it immediately. What a GEM you have! Thanks!!

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Christel was the BEST!!!!! Extremely accommodating and kind, and a wonderful private cabin that was clean and well stocked! They even left us some blueberry jam from their farm! Highly recommended and we hope to come back again!

Thank you so much for having my kids and I for the weekend. They loved the yard/park area and the creek. Whenever we weren’t out and about all they wanted to do was play in the yard.

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect, close to everything but provided seclusion from the tourist bustle. Located on a golf course provided great views. Waking up and seeing 11 deer out the window was terrific. The only improvement I could suggest is having pavers or a walk way around to the entrance without walking on grass especially when wet. Great stay would enjoy staying again!!! Thanks for opening your home.

This is such a charming little place. It’s well furnished to meet your needs. Very comfortable. Jane was an outstanding and very accommodating host.

Mary and Bill’s place was perfect size for myself, my 5 year old and my mom. Has a bed and a pull out bed that is a good size. Beach is about 15-20 min away. Food places and a large mall about 10 minutes away. Saw families walking in the neighborhood at different times. They have to control the air conditioner in the main house, but there is a small space heater available. We had run out of face towels, and she brought us more quickly. Very responsive when messaged! Coffee maker with kcups, creamer and sugar available. Utensils, plates, cups etc available. Literally the only (very small) negative was I did see a few medium/long hairs (different texture than ours) on the bathroom floor and 2 on the walls of the shower. I truly feel this could’ve come from the person who did the cleaning because besides that, this place was spotless! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

It was a perfect place for two! Everything u need ! Comfy and feels homie .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Matthew’s place. We brought our dogs and they felt right at home. The backyard was perfect for them. The bed was firm which we like. We really liked having the two different living spaces so one of us could get up early with the dogs and not disturb the other one. The tv was nice and large which was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Having a good sized fridge was really nice because we wanted to be able to store big foods like watermelon. Thanks for a great week!

Cathy's place was great! very clean and very private. close to so many things and only a 15 minute ride to pensacola beach! She also provides so many helpful things!

For the size of the place, Wendy has thought of everything. In the loft, there is a table for your devices to charge & be accessible. I took carry-on sized luggage & it fit just above the mattress to allow for more space. Downstairs & in the bathroom, the shelves & drawers are perfect for organizing & storing all of your belongings. There are three a/c units (bathroom, main area, & upstairs), a ceiling fan, & a fan on a stand (downstairs). You can make it as cool as you desire. The newly remodeled bathroom is spacious. The water was always hot, for those who like hot showers, as do I. There were 7 towels, plus beach towels, hand towels, & washcloths, more than at any other Airbnb where I have stayed. They were plush & soft, & had a great hanging rack for them to stay clean & dry. The tv was positioned well, where it can be seen from the bed upstairs & the couch downstairs. Adequate lighting indoors & out, some were remote controlled. Wendy is very helpful & friendly. She’s a great host

This place was fantastic! Nicole was a great host, responded promptly and was very nice. The place was great to stay in, very clean and it had zero issues. AC works great, quality appliances, the bathroom was stellar, very friendly neighbors, and a very walkable area. We stayed here for several months and my wife walked somewhere about twice a day with our child while I worked. There is a pretty with a path around it right down the road, and downtown is a 4 minute drive/ 20 minute walk. All the neighbors say hi as you walk down the street too. Great place to stay with a little family. The couch also folds into a small bed and we used that several times.

This place was wonderful! It was quiet, clean, and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. It was close to everything I wanted to do and places I wanted to visit. The hosts were great! I will definitely be staying again and recommend this spot!

The studio was just what we were looking for in a location close to Perdido Key and Pensacola. The price was really affordable and we enjoyed the private, quiet area. Gary gave us privacy and only communicated through text which was very prompt and informational. The studio was very clean and had many amenities -kitchen items, cooler and chairs for the beach, games, area pamphlets and washer and dryer use. The bed was comfortable and the full size mirror and large closet were appreciated. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet and close to Perdido Key beach and places we wanted to visit in Pensacola. We would definitely stay at Gary's place again.
