We are perfectly situated directly on the saltwater of the Reach and the freshwater of Walker Pond. The Oakland House has two private ocean beaches. In the distance, you can see the Pumpkin Island Lighthouse and even the Camden Hills! Our guests also have access to the Blue Dot and Yellow Dot trails that lead up to a phenomenal view of the waterfront from Lookout Rock.

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel, a classic roadside motel on Rt 1. There is one queen bed in the room which comfortably sleeps two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet. You can park your car right in front of your room. We take care of all the cleaning and laundry ourselves.

2 Bedroom Apartment at the Bluenose Inn

This apartment is the former residence of the original owners of the Bluenose Inn. Guests have full access to all of the hotel amenities. There is a full kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom and the other room has a queen bed and full bathroom. There is pullout bed in the sofa in the living room. Off of the living room is a large deck.
