Kate's place is one of the most beautiful we've ever booked on Airbnb. The view is just amazing, the little garden really enchanting and the decor very harmonious and tasteful. There is nothing missing and the bed is very comfortable. You are within walking distance of various restaurants and still have total peace and quiet due to the perfect location. We would come back to Otricoli to Kate's fantastic accommodation anytime

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Characteristic accommodation in the heart of the city, clean and equipped with the necessary. Close to the train and suburban bus station, you can walk and visit the city's main attractions. Very kind and helpful host! Recommended ⭐️

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Lovely room in a very old building. Great welcome from Enrico and Gianna. Friendly and attentive, they also recommended a great restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable place in a great location in the historic center of Rieti. I recommend it!

Silvia's country house immediately appealed to us because of its very stylish decor, the mix of old and new, its naturalness, the beautiful view and the tranquility and privacy. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, you could sleep at night with the window open thanks to the mosquito screens. The large living and dining room was also very pleasant. We felt right at home. We have always been able to reach Silvia herself very well and received help and tips about the surroundings. The surroundings are very beautiful, the place poggio nativo itself is very quiet and does not impress with a lively atmosphere, but offers a supermarket that is easy to reach by car. However, there are many other places in the vicinity (~15 min) that offer restaurants & cafes. Small potential for improvement to the house would be: Not a sufficiently shady place outside at lunchtime (terrace greenery from above too holey, maybe an awning

Luciano is a thoughtful host. We really appreciated how well-stocked and well-prepared everything was—he truly thought of every little detail we might need. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. This place was not only cozy and convenient, but the hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend the place !
