Ахилеас е страхотен домакин, винаги усмихнат, посрещна ни добре и през цялото време беше на наше разположение. Апартаментът беше чист, има широка тераса с гледка към морето, леглата бяха много удобни и имаше всякакви удобства. Локацията също е много добра- близо до плажа и до центъра. Най-важното е, че домашният ни любимец беше добре дошъл и се чувстваше много добре. Бихме се върнали отново.

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Giorgos е прекрасен домакин, много отзивчив и гостоприемен. Подходи с разбиране дори, когато трябваше да ни посрещне късно през нощта, тъй като не успяхме да тръгнем навреме. Мястото е достъпно, чисто, гледката от терасата е невероятна, буквално срещу пристанището, което за любителите на риболова е най-добрата локация. Точно под апартамента е и таверната на Giorgos. Също много приятна обстановка, вкусна храна и много топло отношение. Ще се върнем отново!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, mit netten Gastgebern in einem schönen Studio. Mit Wünschen und Fragen konnte man jederzeit zu Konstantina, der Mama von Theodosios gehen und diese wurden umgehend erfüllt. Lieben Dank für alles, die Berliner Gabi & Marco. 🤗👋

Nice place and location everything was fine the only minus that i can find is that is next to a bar and its bit noisy the evenings but its normal for the eraa and not a big deal

A great room with everything one could need for vacations, including a conditioner, a fridge, and cooking possibilities. Very comfortable furniture. The Internet is a bit slow though (if you need to work from time to time, like me). Jenny is very friendly, flexible, always available to change sheets or towels. The beach is a few minutes away. Will come back!

Хорошее жилье в хорошем месте. Все как описано на сайте. В соседнем доме есть магазин для рыбалки и подводной охоты , что для меня было дополнительным преимуществом. Из минусов проблемы с интернетом. Христос откликнулся на эту проблему и заменил оборудование, но низкая скорость от провайдера не давала возможности комфортно пользоваться интернетом. И мобильный интернет к сожалению в этом месте тоже очень плохой. Если это не является проблемой, то квартира Христова это отличный вариант, особенно для большой компании.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

The house is great, we felt like at home, has everything you might need during the stay and you can fell that it is someones warm place. It is on the ground floor with the garden on the one and the terrace on the other side and you can have shadowed outside place any time during the day. The beach is just across the street and there are umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the house and if you want beach bar with sunbeds there are few 10-15 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed at the beach right in front of the house - the beach is sandy and the sea is cleen. The complex is huge and has playground for kids, football, tennis and basketball court and is really well maintained. There are no shops in the walking distance so car is mandatory. Nestoras is great host, we had easy communication, flexible check in and even delicious sweets as a welcome gift, as well as, electric fly/mosquito swatter which was really useful. Communication was friendly and positive and we'll stay in touch :)

Αρχικά η Ζετα ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενική, χαμογελαστή, εξυπηρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο. Είχε τα πάντα μέσα, δεν χρειάστηκε να κουβαλησουμε τίποτα από το σπίτι. Από προϊόντα καθαρισμού μέχρι προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η κουζίνα φουλ εξοπλισμένη, μέχρι και τρόφιμα είχε βάλει μέσα στο ψυγείο. Είχε σημειώμενες όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν. Το μέρος ήταν κοντά σε όλα, η θάλασσα ηταν ακριβώς απέναντι, τα μπαλκόνια μεγάλα και άνετα. Γενικά το σπίτι αν και σε παλιό σχετικά συγκρότημα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σίγουρα θα ξανά πηγαίναμε.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Για την χρήση που θέλαμε κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Μεγάλος χώρος, καθαρός και με μια πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα!

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.
