My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

It was a nice place for 4 adults and 3 children. The villa is well equipped with everthying you need.

The villa is a lovely peaceful place to stay and the view is amazing. Loads of space and a huge jacuzzi pool. It’s a stunning location and just what we wanted for our first family holiday with young twins

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

Super nice house in the countryside. The host made sure some minor issues were resolved properly. Perfect to relax and unwind in the beautiful garden. Beautiful surroundings, best to rent a car to explore everything there!

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Achilleas is a great host, always smiling, welcomed us well and all the time he was at our disposal. The apartment was clean, has a wide terrace with sea views, the beds were very comfortable and had all kinds of amenities. The location is also very good- close to the beach and to the center. Mostimportantly, our pet was welcome and felt very good. We would come back again.

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

Ioannis was a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and gave us a brief but informative tour of the place. He even made us breakfast in the morning. The cottage is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The place is cozy and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the four balconies—two with a view of the garden and two overlooking the private parking area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and feel at home throughout our stay. What we loved most was the complete peace and quiet, both during the day and at night—it made this one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time. The garden is absolutely lovely, well-maintained, full of flowers and fruit trees. Yannis is an amazing host—very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed recommendations or assistance. We would love to come back here for our future holidays. Thank you so much!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

This house is AMAZING! The location is perfect! Near to the best supermarkets, and beaches. The view is EVERYTHING! The villas has their private entrance, that made us feel safer. The pool was common with other houses, but was not crowded at all! We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the host was perfect and seamless. The house overall was clean, just a few places missed out from while cleaning i guess.. and we had everything we needed! The place is perfect for friends and families! 100% recommend staying there. I would defenetly come back in the near future! ❤️

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly suited for families. It had everything we needed – fully equipped with all the essentials – and the large garden was a great bonus, especially for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax, and the beach was just a short walk away. The host was extremely kind and responded very quickly to any requests or issues we had. Beautiful house with a wonderful pool and nicely landscaped garden. The perfect place to spend your vacation. The house was clean and well equipped, with The Greek atmosphere. The bathrooms are small and quite uncomfortable, the rest is ok. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Rooms passed by, there was not full privacy, but for families or close friends, it was ok.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Great location, very near the beach and the busy town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and nothing is a problem for them. plenty of space for kids to play around and the pool is a great addition. We loved every minute and definitely will visit again. Thank you and see you again soon
