Beachfront vacation rentals in Pefkochori

Achilleas is a great host, always smiling, welcomed us well and all the time he was at our disposal. The apartment was clean, has a wide terrace with sea views, the beds were very comfortable and had all kinds of amenities. The location is also very good- close to the beach and to the center. Mostimportantly, our pet was welcome and felt very good. We would come back again.

Vasiliki's home was clean, spacious and had very beautiful surroundings. She was an excellent host, very responsive. The view from the house was exceptional. We would gladly come back 😊

Great place on the beach and it’s the best beach in the area. Was quiet on off season which suited me. Lovely flat and a perfect space.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Stayed at Eleftherios with family and it was perfect! Peacful and calm small town that had everything we needed and a lot of beauriful places were nearby. We were extremely happy with the apartment and with the host - Eleftherios was very helpful and made sure we feel at home while visiting Greece and Chalkidiki. We would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return someday!

We booked Irini's house in the absolute off-season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool are perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the neighbors' cats. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster crows and the goatherd walks past the garden. But you definitely need a car, if only to visit the many beaches. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to eat at the Mpogiata restaurant! On the beach of Pefkohori between the pier and water sports Pefkohori, a few bars were also still open. The Whitebeach in our village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season, we would come back 100%.

Vicky’s villa exceeded all expectations and is hands down our favourite Airbnb stay-to-date. The property is in a very well-maintained private estate and surrounded by lush greenery and olive trees. With its elevated location, we were treated to spectacular sea views from sunrise to sunset and there’s plenty of spots all around the villa to enjoy these including the various spacious outdoor terraces and the balconies outside the bedrooms. The swimming pools (both the jacuzzi and the bigger/deeper lap pool) and the ping pong table were a hit with our kids. Most of all, what made this stay extra special was Vicky’s helpfulness in providing us with local tips, as well as her parents who warmly welcomed us throughout our whole stay. As we stayed towards the end of the season (Oct), we were also lucky to see how the olives were harvested on our last day. All in all a wonderful stay and a great base to explore Sithonia by car.

Excellent villa whit 3 single beds and one double bed. Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and few seconds from the Sani club entrance. Really quiet place, ideal for vacation, backyard is amazing and we enjoy in pine trees shadow. I will definitely recommend this place.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

This apartment is really recommended! It was clean, cozy and fully furnished, and felt like home very quickly. The large balcony seems to hang above the water and offers a magnificent view! The area is wonderfully quiet and in five minutes you can walk to the center of Nea Skioni, which has good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Host Kostas was quick to respond and provided all kinds of tips. Hospitality and Enjoyment with a capital H!

The stay in Efi's vacation home was great from start to finish! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping facilities and excursion destinations. There was also a detailed route description as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Arriving at the vacation home, we were thrilled: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very well maintained and clean, so you feel right at home. Efi had even provided us with a small shopping that would have easily got us through the first day: water, fruits and vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you for that! Throughout our stay, we had regular contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us in a super friendly way with all questions. very cozy house, the first line of the sea, which is very convenient. There are many shops and entertainment nearby. The sea is clean and the sand is neat and not dirty. The house has everything you need for rest and living. The owner is very nice

It was a comfortable stay. The apartment is as in the photos, it is very close to the center, you can reach it in max 5 minutes on foot. There are also several beaches within walking distance. The furniture in the apartment is new. The cleaning was very good. The living room is very small, but the magnificent terrace provides a sufficient seating area for the summer months with a magnificent view. There is even a laundry rack and a clothes peg. The check-in instructions were very descriptive and we checked in easily. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. You can swim in the sea from anywhere in the city. There is almost no parking problem in general. The sea is magnificent. We highly recommend Neos Marmaras and the apartment. Thanks for everything
