If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! It was such a lovely stay. The apartment is very cosy and looked exactly like the pictures. From both balconies you can look inside the beautiful garden. It also was well equipped with the most important kitchen utensils. If we ever come back to this place, we would love to come to this lovely apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This 2-day stay was more than perfect! All information relating to the accessibility of the accommodation, WiFi, parking was given before my arrival! The place was more than clean and had everything you needed to prepare basic meals! The service is of very good quality, the day after my arrival the towels were changed, the coffee replenished! It was perfect! The outside is also great: deckchair, garden table! I would recommned this property Everything is nearby: restaurants, bakery, supermarkets! Once again, thank you for everything!

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. We came to Greece for the first time and decided to take this house and did not even regret the choice. The house is very cozy, big, bright, clean, everything was at a high level. The owner of the house received us very well, everything as it should be. I can confidently recommend those people and this wonderful complex😄🤩

The listing is as real as it is written in the description. Beds are comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need. You have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Fridge great with a great freezer. The beach is in front of the apartment 30 steps, but one has to skip the wall. It's a pity that one step was not made to cross the wall. The apartment has sun loungers 3 pcs and 2 umbrellas. The courtyard is beautiful, an apartment separated from the noise of the city, and is located in a pedestrian area with a huge svory system under beautifully maintained grass. All kudos to your host Nana, who has always been of service to us. If the trip takes us to Furk, we'll definitely visit again.

For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

An absolutely lovely place with a lovelier host. A great spot for returning to a quieter part of Pefkochori in the evenings with a short walk into the centre. The house was clean, tidy, and fit for the 4 of us who stayed. Valia made us feel welcome and was swift in her replies when we needed assistance. would stay again.

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

The apartment is in one of ten houses in a small private complex right on the beach, with private beach access. The location is perfect, as it is in a quiet area and the beach is less busy than the main town one, but within 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. There are hotels with beach bars adjacent to the private beach area, with full service for food and drinks (no need to be hotel guest). The apartment itself is very clean and fully equipped with everything, including any dish and utensil one may need in the kitchen. Leaving some cold water in the fridge for the guests was a nice touch. A nice charcoal grill is available and there is also a brick common grill at the beach entrance. Dedicated covered parking is available with a gate that is opened using the room key fob, which is very convenient, since parking on the street can be a challenge. Savvas was easy to communicate with regarding all the details, and I would stay here again if I come back to Hanioti.

The house itself and the place were great, I can say that it was the best house I stayed in, you have an electric charging station in the house and you don't need anyone, the charging station gave us a great convenience and the host did not charge us any fees, there is everything you can think of in the house, including ps 5, and they are all very new, we saw the host all the time, he responded immediately to what we asked

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the house. The house is spacy, clean and comfortable. We were 5 adults and 1 baby and had enough space for everybody. The house has a nice garden, our daughter was happy to have a trampoline there. The nearest beach bar, Elefant, was the best in this area, it takes about 10 minutes on foot with a small child, 5-7 for the adults. A little bit expensive (min. order 10 Eur/person), but very comfortable. We tried a few others in the area and decided to go to Elefant, inspite of the price. Nice tavernas in the area. Good house for a family stay. Thanks a lot!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.

The flat is well designed and space is smartly utilised. Fully equipped with everything a household needs. An excellent hospitality pack - many homemade products (e.g. marmalade, honey) Airconditioning works well and there are also windows/balcony to the front and back of the flat. Beaches and bars easily accessible by car or bicycles. WiFi was good but maybe not suitable for heavy data usage if one needs to connect to servers abroad for his/her work, but then again you re there for vacations so not necessarily a bad thing.
