There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

This loft was amazing with an incredible vibe! Well thought out design and a place you could easily live for an extended stay. Whilst there’s no dedicated parking, there were plenty of parking spaces on the street with a garage next door. Finally, and the most important factor in my book, this place has an incredibly comfortable mattress. As frequent Airbnb guests know, comfortable mattresses are not always a given.

The basement living area is highlighted by a large sectional sofa arranged to face a flat-screen TV. The space features a gaming area with a basketball game machine and arcade games, providing options for leisure and entertainment.

My family and I stayed here to break up an 16+ hour road trip. We ran into severe weather in Oklahoma and arrived in Topeka two hours later than planned. The hosts were responsive and helped us enter the home safely. We only wish we had been able to enjoy the outdoor area. It looked like a great place to relax! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool table in the hangout garage area either but the house was clean and we enjoyed being able to relax and stretch out in the two living areas that are family friendly and comfy.

Place is great, was very clean and well stocked. The HVAC is mini splits and worked great. Place has more space then the pictures show and there is plenty of parking. When I got there I was exhausted so I neglected to read everything they had to read. Ì was cold and didn't I know how to turn the AC up so I called Aaron. He was super nice and patient with me, and told me how. Afterwards I read everything and it was all typed up how to do it. Instead of saying it's all on paper he just told me how. I felt like he was a super great guy and Iwas very impressed.

Such a nice little house, super clean, nicely decorated, free of clutter, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! Erin was an excellent host, flexible and able to accommodate us when our plans changed at the last minute! A great experience all around! Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Super clean, well stocked and Kelly is very quick to reply. I would definitely stay there again.
