This is what AirBNB is all about! With the proliferation of stale, outsourced Airbnb's it was so refreshing to stay in Layla and Matteo's stunning house. It was an experience, from the drive up a winding country road with the town coming into view perched on top of the hill. To parking outside the gate and walking through the walls of this ancient and tiny town. The anticipation was met when the doors opened into a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated townhouse. There were so many thoughtful touches, breakfast provisions, soaps and more. The town was fun to explore with our children and they loved the little playground outside the kindergarten. It is a very quiet town and you will need to drive to access any shops, but it's so worth it for the special experience Layla and Matteo have created. My only disappointment is that we weren't staying for more nights.

A completely renovated farmhouse, a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you can imagine. In the morning, Peter and Angela serve a hearty and delicious breakfast. You can also eat outside the apartment while admiring the beautiful landscapes surrounding the farmhouse. The pool is spectacular and relaxing with views of Assisi and Perugia. Near the pool there is a shower, a bar and a playground. It is a truly enchanting place for everyone, families with children, couples and tourists looking for relaxation, romance and culture. The farmhouse is close to Assisi and Perugia and all the most beautiful villages and attractions of Umbria. Pietro, Angela, Alessandro and the whole family are exquisite people, who pampered us and met all our needs. It was an extraordinary vacation that I highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back with pleasure, both for the place and for the people who hosted us.

Fantastic place, very nice house we stayed comfortably in 7 with 3 bathrooms among other things there are no problems… clean tidy and very spacious house. The playroom was very much liked, especially by my 4-year-old daughter, who would have stayed there all the time instead of coming around with us. Beautiful outdoor garden, with lots of games much loved by children and everything you need to eat and grill and in fact we took advantage of it. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful both with regard to the house and the advice they gave us about the surroundings to visit. If I had to go back there, we'd definitely like to go back to this house. Amazing!

Ombretta s place was very beautiful. Super cute house with two bedrooms which was very comfortable for our family of 4 . She was available for check in and gave us recommendations, showed us the house and made us feel at home . All required amenities were there . Easily accessible to restaurants by car . Quiet neighbourhood. We were to visit Assisi so this was very convenient for us , about half n hr away . Totally recommend this place .

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

We had an amazing experience at Enrico and Alessandra's loft. Exceptional hosts: friendly, friendly, proactive and always available. They made our stay really enjoyable with their friendly welcome. The villa is located in a perfect location in the Umbrian countryside, between Assisi, Perugia and other wonderful villages, such as Spello. The tranquility of the place is unparalleled and the opportunity to observe the stars at night, lying on the lawn, is a magical experience. It's also a great place to see the falling stars in August, and the view of Assisi at night is really special, adding a unique touch to the living room. Another great feature of the villa is the pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Enrico took care of the pool, cleaning it every day, which made everything even more pleasant and relaxing.

Absolutely positive experience to be repeated, enchanting place for tranquility and for long walks immersed in nature together with our two furry friends welcomed in the property without any problem. The host is very kind and helpful, the property is really very nice, the accommodation is very clean and equipped with many amenities and the presence of an impeccable pool makes the stay even more pleasant, especially in the warmer periods. We had a really good time and I sincerely thank Mrs. Maddalena for the welcome and for the sweet thought she gave us on our arrival.
