Vacation rentals in Passaggio

This is what AirBNB is all about! With the proliferation of stale, outsourced Airbnb's it was so refreshing to stay in Layla and Matteo's stunning house. It was an experience, from the drive up a winding country road with the town coming into view perched on top of the hill. To parking outside the gate and walking through the walls of this ancient and tiny town. The anticipation was met when the doors opened into a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated townhouse. There were so many thoughtful touches, breakfast provisions, soaps and more. The town was fun to explore with our children and they loved the little playground outside the kindergarten. It is a very quiet town and you will need to drive to access any shops, but it's so worth it for the special experience Layla and Matteo have created. My only disappointment is that we weren't staying for more nights.

Un casale completamente ristrutturato,un’appartamento bello,ampio e pulito con tutti i comfort che si possano immaginare. La mattina pietro e angela servono una colazione abbondante e squisita. Si puo’ mangiare anche fuori l’appartamento ammirando gli splendidi paesaggi che circondano il casale. La piscina e’ spettacolare e rilassante con vista di assisi e perugia.vicino alla piscina c’e’ una doccia,un bar e un parco giochi. E’ un luogo davvero incantevole per tutti,famiglie con figli,coppie e turisti in cerca di relax,romanticismo e cultura. Il casale e’ vicino ad assisi e perugia e a tutti i borghi e le attrazioni piu belle dell’Umbria. Pietro,Angela,Alessandro e tutta la famiglia sono persone squisite,che co hanno coccolato e sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. E’ stata una vacanza straordinaria che consiglio vivamente a tutti. Riverremo con piacere sicuramente,sia per il posto,che per le persone che ci hanno ospitato.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Il propretario Giovanni e' un "Signore" con la "S" Maiuscola in tutti i sensi e la struttura ricettiva idem cioe' Maiuscola c'e' mancato solo ci prendesse in braccio per metterci a letto! Da un' accoglienza a Sorpresa Strepitosa anch'essa con S maiuscola ad una precisione in tutto Sorprendente sempre con S Maiuscola a questo punto devo continuare?.... un'esperienza unica da 5 S..telle Michelin...💫💫💫💫💫 anzi 6 una la aggiungo io💫 Grazie Giovanni per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile!

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend

Esperienza assolutamente positiva da ripetere sicuramente, posto incantevole per la tranquillità e per le lunghe passeggiate immersi nella natura insieme ai nostri due pelosetti accolti in struttura senza nessun problema. L host molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è davvero molto bella, gli alloggi molto puliti e attrezzati di molti comfort e la presenza di una piscina impeccabile rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole soprattutto nei periodi più caldi. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e ringrazio di cuore la signora Maddalena per l’accoglienza e per il dolce pensiero che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo.

In questo appartamento siamo già venuti più volte, è proprio un gioiellino. Comodo per qualsiasi destinazione, anche in treno. Dal terrazzino splendido panorama di gran parte di Assisi. Lo consigliamo sicuramente. Grazie a Michele, sempre pronto e disponibile.
