Chalet is located in the Capivara neighborhood, 38 km from downtown Itamonte, with 18 km of dirt road in good conditions in winter and summer, with some holes due to rains. In summer it is essential that you come during the day. The location is super quiet amid the mountains of the Mantiqueira mountain range right at the top of the waterfall, an excellent quiet place to change energy, waterfall dives and natural pools of the river capivara and Aiuruoca.(WE OFFER COFFEE ,LUNCH AND HOMEMADE PIZZA) .

The house is in the National Park of Itatiaia, near of pousada dos Lobos. It is 40 minutes of dirt road from the Registry Gorge in Itamonte and has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them suite, a living room, fireplace, kitchen with semi-open concept, dining room, a huge garden, an exclusive garage and barbecue grill with space to meet with friends. It is required to hire an employee to cook and organize the house, with the daily in the amount of R$200.00. The employee's rates are counted for the days worked.

Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
