At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
