A casa fica dentro de uma Área de Proteção Ambiental, entranhada na natureza, incluindo palmeiras juçara, samambaias e outras belezas da Mata Atlântica. No fundo do terreno passa o cristalino Rio Alambari, que separa o nosso terreno do Parque Nacional do Itatiaia. A casa fica em uma região próxima aos poços esmeralda da Serrinha. Mirante do Vale Cottage - Serra da Mantiqueira

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. 3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
