A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

In our house on the edge of the forest, we not only give you the space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. Please be sure to read our travel guide and guest manual. There are more valuable tips there! In the house there is 5G reception for cell phones. No Wi-Fi, no TV, non-smoking in the house!

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Detached flat in a historic house - first floor, access through shared corridor; windows overlooking picturesque historic square + castle view; spacious, refurbished bathroom + washing machine; two bedrooms; simple, older kitchen. If booked for 1-2 person(s), room no. 1 available (with TV); if booked for 3-4 persons, 2 bedrooms available (one without TV). Seating set for sitting outside the house on the square available. Basic price is for 1-2 persons, extra fee from 3rd person.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

It has a kitchen, bedroom, living room with pull-out couch and access to the covered terrace, and a bathroom with shower. WiFi is available.

Our cozy apartment is currently occupied by me, but is still always free for vacation guests :) On the terrace (with Hollywood swing) and in the garden (whether at the campfire, at the vegetable garden or on the orchard meadow) you can relax here far away from everyday life, among chickens, cats & co. 🌞
