It was a swift stay in Cess’ place and I would definitely recommend this to other people— the property looks new and kept well maintained. Overall great stay for us!

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

I recently stayed at Darwin's, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were top-notch—immaculately clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and local eateries. I highly recommend Darwin's place for anyone visiting the area. Exceptional service, a lovely atmosphere, and great value for money. I can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place! The apartment was exactly as described -clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Ninoy Aquino Stadium. Ana was an excellent host-responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Parking fee is not free though. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Manila or Pasay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I hope they keep their rates affordable, because this is easily the best we've booked within this price range in terms of aesthetics, amenities, cleanliness, comms, and overall experience. You can feel every detail was well thought of and executed by the owner/s. View: Larger corner unit with an uninterrupted view of the Mall of Asia complex. Shell Residences: Superb location, friendly staff, efficient elevators, garbage disposal and pest control. I say this because not all SMDC properties are well-maintained.

Wow! Our stay was really awesome! The place was spotless clean the unit looks new and well maintained. The room smells nice. It was an easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive. You get your money’s worth. It is a great place to stay if you’re going to attend events in MOA Arena literally just walking distance. Or if you just wanna sleep all day within the city and relax this place is also greatly recommended!

It’s our 2nd time in John’s place and it’s still great! Very near MOA, if you take grab or taxi it’s only less than 100 pesos. The elevators are fast even though the unit is at the top floor so it’ll only take a few minutes to get up and down. Every questions were answered promptly and every reasonable request was accommodated. The only con was there is no space where you can work if you are just like my husband who works remotely. I hope John will take this in consideration, still we can’t wait to go back next year for my annual convention! :)
