Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

What u see is what u get. Rili looked like in d pix sa listings. Malinis, mabango, at bago ung unit. Responsive c host, so much. Complete ang mga paraphernalias. Highly recommended po sa mga naghahanap.

Our stay in Sara Jane place is amazing. Detailed instructions and best communication. Very smooth check in process. Place is super clean and have a very pleasant smell. Complete appliances with free consumables. I highly recommend this place! This place is better than any hotel. Thank you Ms. Sara for hosting us and we will be back in your place for sure. ❤️

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Place was quiet and relaxing. Pool was nice and location was great just a 5-10 min walk to moa and a ton of restaurants within a 10min walk. Had a enjoyable week long stay. Host was responsive and catered to our request.

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. We loved the cozy vibe—especially the little touches like the guitar, books, and comfy bath robes.
