Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Bing was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location of Bing’s place is very close to Terminal 3 airport which was perfect for us to fly in and out of Manila. Resorts World Casino and Mall are across the street which made it very convenient. The Condo is exactly as described and the pictures of her place are spot on. I highly recommend staying at her Condo.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Host very responsive and helpful. Place is pristine. Lots of amenities in the condo that is available to use for guests. Restaurants , bars , local markets and grocery store nearby. I gave 4 star on finding the location because of the traffic that is very usual in the area. This is beyond the control of the hosts. We expected this due to centralized location of the condo. About 8 min to NAIA via grab. This is our main reason for booking this property. We are definitely going to use this property regularly when returning to Philippines. My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love how spacious and pristine the place was. The place was clean and had all the basic amenities. Everything was perfect from booking to the easy check out process. Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

Comfy apartment with all you could need and located in Air Residence and part of Air Mall. Air Residence has swimming pools, kids play area, pool and snooker table and table tennis too. There is also an air-conditioned lounge area for work or relaxing. Air Mall has a SM grocery as well as many useful shops and restaurants including barber, dental, gym, spa. There is also a mini market with some great street food options also. Overall a nice and convenient place to stay while exploring Manila.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, and the space comfortably accommodated all 5 of us. The location is ideal—just a short drive to MOA if you have a car, with plenty of nearby restaurants to explore. We arrived on a Sunday, so it was hard to find parking, almost all nearby are already full. We didn’t have this issue the next day. Overall, it was definitely worth the buck, and we’d happily stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed one night in Debbie's unit. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was surprisingly quiet even for being so close to the airport, almost no noise from outside. Good water pressure and drainage. Will stay there again if we need to be close to the airport.

Booked the place with my family for a short staycation. First of all, the place is strategically located and relatively close to the places we visited. Secondly, the room, furnitures, and linens are overall clean and comfy. The kitchen is also well-supplied with basic stuff, with the filtered water dispenser as an added convenience. The listing also offered free pool access to the guests which is great. And lastly, the hosts (esp Vanessa) is very responsive and understanding to my concern(s). Will definitely book the place again and will recommend to friends and families.

I’ve stayed at many places, but this one truly felt like home. From the moment I arrived, everything was cozy and welcoming. The bed was *incredibly* comfortable—so much so that I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Another big plus for me was the access to Netflix. As a movie lover, having the chance to curl up and stream my favorite films made the stay even better. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a homey and restful gateway!
