We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This is our second stay at the house. I highly recommend this place! Very clean and spacious. Had a lot of rooms for a big group. The caretaker is super friendly and helpful. The owner/host is very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. The surrounding is very peaceful. Love the ambience! Will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The location was perfect— close to Monte Maria as well. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided toiletries, free coffee which made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! +++ One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the addition of nets —no mosquitoes or flies to worry about, which made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

Juana and Tina were very hospitable despite us checking in late in the night. We needed a quick place to crash for the night and they welcomed us warmly into their place. The unit itself is spotless but homey and cozy. It felt like coming home rather than staying at someone’s place. Thank you, Juana and Tina for welcoming us! We’re definitely saving your place as one of our favorites if we find ourselves in Batangas City again (next month, maybe?). ☺️
