You have the whole ski resort Lenzerheide/Arosa within walking distance in front of you! 10 km cross-country ski trails right by the house. In summer, the "Bike Kingdom" of Lenzerheide. Cool nights in summer (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground in the village and beautiful hiking trails right behind the house or close by. The last house on the edge of the village, with a small forest to the north. Well connected by public transport. Access to the house.

The place is perfectly located, it was very clean and we felt at home from the first second. My 5-year-old daughter wanted to stay there. Riccarda was very helpful and friendly and responded to a request right away. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended.

5-day ski vacation with the family in a very nice apartment! Perfectly located by ski lift, ski bus stop and supermarket in Valbella. The apartment has plenty of space, is well equipped and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the conservatory very much. 5 stars and a clear recommendation for a family vacation in Lenzerheide!

The place matched the pictures and description. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountains. Arthur was a very accommodating and supportive host while respecting our privacy. Looking forward to a next visit and can definitely recommend the place.

As always, the time in Christian's apartment was beautiful and went by much too quickly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it has everything you need. The location right by the ski lift and Migros is great. The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean. Churwalden is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful nature - whether for skiing or hiking. We will be happy to come back!

A little temporary home – just wonderful! We felt really comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and top modern. You can immediately see how much passion is in this apartment. The communication with Susanne was super warm and straightforward. Requests were responded to immediately. There was really nothing missing, and especially the kitchen is super equipped. In general, it was the perfect stay. Thank you for everything – we definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely come again!

We had a very good time in Catherine’s apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and cosy and spacious living room. We enjoyed the sun on the large terrace and the walking distance to the ski area. We can highly recommend Catherine and the apartment.
