Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

Welcome to Podere Ferretti, a typical rural farm from the early 1900s renovated in various stages, today it has become a comfortable accommodation for those looking for tranquility in the countryside from the noisy and hectic life of the city. Staying in the house of Glicine, one of the two apartments present, you will live your vacation staying little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by greenery and animals in the large interior spaces and our garden.

Outside there is a garden with table for outdoor dining.

Our tower is a unique place surrounded by the nature of the Modena Apennines. A building that has never been modified and inhabited since the fifteenth century. It is located on the site of an ancient Celtic village and at the foot of an ancient necropolis: The area, also inhabited by the Romans, is a place full of peace and spirituality. Perfect for meditating, walking and experiencing a unique experience, a small journey through time.

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
