Vacation rentals with a patio in Paraná River

Simplesmente um dos melhores Airbnb que já fiquei, a anfitriã extremamente gentil e cordial, tudo limpo e impecável, com toda será meu Airbnb quando precisar retornar a cascavel. Recomento 100%

Ótimo espaço. Igual as fotos. A academia não é muito boa, mas acho que é mais uma questão do predio mesmo. O apartamento em si era ótimo, estava limpo e cheiroso. Boas opções de restaurantes por perto. Checkin facil com o porteiro que foi bem solicito. Sergio sempre respondeu rapido e com instruções claras.

O Espaço, embora pequeno, é bastante otimizado e funcional, atendendo bem um casal. A decoração é bonita e tem todos equipamentos necessários. O prédio tem ótima infraestrutura.

Debora muito querida, e solicita o tempo inteiro. Já viremos "da casa" literalmente... gostamos muito do local, por ser próximo de tudo e o apartamento muito aconchegante, e organizado. Com certeza não precisamos procurar um outro local. Vale cada centavo.

Our stay was amazing! Carina is an excellent host and so welcoming. She was very kind, always responsive and explained us everything we needed to know. She also gave us a lot of recommendations of places to go, eat and shopping. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated with lots of details and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved it and felt home right away. I highly recommend this place and would always come back. Thank you so much for everything Carina, you made our stay perfect!

Superbe maison avec cuisines intérieur et extérieur. Très confortable et spacieux. Facile de se garer et proche (en voiture) des commerces ou des axes principaux pour rejoindre l’aéroport, les chutes d’Iguazu et l’Argentine. Nous y avons passé 5 jours très agréable malgré le temps capricieux. Daltro a été très amical et réactif dès que nous avions des questions. Une excellente adresse pour visiter la région d’Iguazu!

Maxi fue muy bueno. Nos conoció y nos desvió. Siempre estuvo en contacto, ayudó con cualquier solicitud. Nuestro vuelo se pospuso y Maxi fue amable y nos permitió salir más tarde. Gracias

The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly neat, which we really appreciated. It was also remarkably peaceful, providing a much-needed tranquil retreat after our adventures exploring the falls. What truly made our trip exceptional were the hosts – they were absolutely fantastic!

Tania was proactive with communication and always responded quickly. She provided a recommendation for a driver which we were able to use for airport pickup/drop off, and our trips to the Falls. The driver also was great in helping us cross the Brazil border. During our stay a huge storm went through the town which unfortunately led to a wide spread powercut. This was not a normal storm. However Tania and her husband proactively arranged alternative accommodation at their own cost and were able to drive us there. I wholeheartedly recommend this home. There are also wonderful restaurants in the area.

What a fabulous find! We came for a science conference at a nearby convention center- we were 3 professors and students. Each room has its own bathroom (for one room the bathroom is in the hall- others are en-suite and all with showers). The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air-fryer. The outdoor bbq and large patio allowed us to host some other faculty and students for a lovely evening by the pool. Maria and Marcus were very fast at responding to inquiries in advance of our arrival and during our stay. I could not be more positive about the spacious and well equipped apartment- we had a most wonderful stay!! I would absolutely recommend this accommodation!!

Nossa estadia foi incrível! A casa é extremamente confortável e aconchegante, dá para aproveitar tudo que a cidade oferece com muita tranquilidade e ainda curtir a casa. Além de muito aconchegante, ao chegarmos estava tudo impecável e muito cheiroso. Acomodação entregou tudo em estrutura e ainda é muito bem localizada! Com certeza queremos voltar futuramente!

Hermoso departamento duplex, ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Asunción. Todos muy amables y pendientes de cualquier detalle que se resolvía de inmediato. Volveríamos sin dudas.

My stay at this place was just great. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Nice view, safe building, comfy living room and great bedroom. Easy check-in and an attentive and friendly host.

A estadia foi perfeita. Chegando ao apartamento já me senti em casa, tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e organizado. Móveis e utensílios novos, ar condicionado nos quartos, chuveiro maravilhoso. Tudo conforme o anúncio, aliás superou. Fomos em 5 pessoas e passamos ótimos dias.

Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

El penthouse es muy amplio, muy bien equipado, tiene una vistas increíbles al río Paraná y Argentina, tiene mucha privacidad, garaje privado y piscina comunitaria con vistas increíbles. El anfitrión, Javier, es muy atento y agradable. 💯 recomendable!!
