A charming stone house with 70 m² of interior space and 30 m² of private terrace designed in the vertical loft concept. The suite and bathroom are on the mezzanine, and the other rooms are integrated on the ground floor. Large French doors connect the interior to nature, allowing natural light and stunning views of the vineyards to permeate your space.

An equipped suite, providing a cozy stay in Caminhos de Pedra. Right next to the Cantina Strapazzon tourist spot, where the Gaita e Assados event is held. Next to Casa da Ovelha It has cable TV, Wi-Fi, queen bed (option of extra single bed or crib), bathroom, equipped kitchen, microwave, minibar, electric kettle, coffee maker, teapot, sugar, coffee powder, Nescafé, powdered milk and teas. Relax in this unique and peaceful place. It has a patio with trees, a lake, and is super relaxing.

The neighborhood is calm and quiet. 500 meters from the city center, 400 meters from the Muffato supermarket (with ATMs, pharmacy and exchange house) the bus terminal is 1 block from the market from where transportation leaves for the airport, Argentina, Paraguay, bus station and tourist attractions. The room contains a split air-conditioner and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue, refrigerator, sink and private bathroom.

The place is in a great, friendly and illuminated environment. The decoration is not overwhelming, more like familiar and simple with a lot of vegetation and gardens. The location is simply perfect, right in the middle of the city with access to good public transportation, shopping malls, restaurants, bars and everything. Host family lives in a building next to the apartment. There are 2 small and respectfull dogs. Ideal for short/middle stays and very safe.
