The apartment is very nice, well clean and organized. For the purpose we rented, the location is ideal, very close to the American consulate, where we went on foot. It is also very close to the mall, where we also took the opportunity to stroll. Fabiane was always very attentive, even quickly solving a problem we had with leaving the key inside the apartment, and she solved it very quickly for us. We are grateful for the stay.

Being my first experience on the platform, I must say that I made the best choice. The service was excellent, fast, clear and pleasant. It wasn't necessary, but if I had needed help or any instructions, I don't doubt that they wouldn't have taken a minute to give it to me. What they show is a true reflection of what they offer. Great place and location.

When I arrived at the building, I thought I had the wrong address, it is a popular MRV condominium, but I was not looking for a building with services (even though I knew that on rainy days or those with mobility limitations may have difficulties because there is no elevator). Arriving at the apartment, the surprise was extremely positive, very well decorated apartment, new and good quality appliances and accessories. I dare say it's the property with the best quality mattress, bedding and bath linens I've ever had on Airbnb. Well air-conditioned, impeccable lighting and excellent internet. I recommend the unit without hesitation.

My stay at André's apartment was simply excellent! The place was super clean, well maintained and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful and the location, perfect: safe, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed during the trip. I definitely recommend it, without any hesitation! The apartment can be better than what the photos show. Large, comfortable, complete apartment, with all the necessary equipment and high quality. The very good showers and gas heating. Very good top-of-the-line apartment

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, bright. It is very well equipped (the kitchen has a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer, among other things), the beds are super comfortable. The location is beautiful, overlooking the river and meters from the waterfront, ideal for those who enjoy walking or running outdoors. You can walk to eat at different well-known and delicious places. Facundo's service is a 10, always checking if we needed anything and responding quickly to any questions. Great stay.
