My stay was extremely quiet and nice. The accommodation is excellent, very well located, with easy access to local shops, including supermarkets and other essential services. The environment is well planned and comfortable, ideal for two people. The kitchen is organized and functional, the bedroom is well structured and cozy, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, demonstrating care for the hygiene and maintenance of the space. Throughout the stay, I had no problems. The place conveys safety, comfort and tranquility. Without a doubt, I intend to return in future opportunities. I highly recommend this accommodation for its quality, location and excellent structure.

Very good, I think it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, Juliano's father welcomed me and recommended places to go, super tidy room and everything clean! I recommend it.

Beautiful loft, wonderful view, everything clean and organized with everything we need for a short stay. Super quiet and safe. Staff of the building very polite and helpful. The only problem we had was the extra mattress that was supposed to be available on the first day, but was delivered on the second day. In addition, I highly recommend it and we enjoyed it a lot

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful backyard, quiet and welcoming. The region is great with many things to do, several restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Redemption Park, where the feirinha takes place on weekends. The host made this suggestion and it was well worth knowing! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only an unforeseen minimum on the day of leaving, where it was without a sign and out of the area, not being able to respond quickly, but nothing that would hinder our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

I've stayed at Marta's apartment again and I came back because it's very cozy. Super clean and fragrant, I feel at home. The service is always impeccable, dear and attentive, in addition to the kindness of being able to adapt my check-in. Another thing that I thought was very sweet, when I arrived the TV was on playing very nice music. I'll be back whenever I can get a reservation.

Excellent experience started at check-in with the host, super polite and attentive in giving all the necessary instructions and information and showing the space. Impeccable organization and cleanliness, quiet location and easy to get to various points of interest in the city. I had no problems during the stay, but Henrique's availability and prompt communication throughout the period gave me the certainty that anything could be easily resolved. Very nice apartment, with a great location. Very clean place and perfect, cozy accommodations. A great market and Panvel Drugstore in the mall, very easy to just go down and enjoy, with some great restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone.
