Es war für uns als kleine Familie mit einem kleinkind ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Unsere Tochter liebte das Haus und die Umgebung. Trotz kurzen Aufenthalt fühlten sich die Tage wie zwei Wochen Ferien an. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Gastgeberin war proaktiv und hat uns in allem was wir benötigt hatten unterstützt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Il Castellaccio and it was the most amazing experience. Leonardo was very helpful leading up to our stay helping plan a night with a private chef dinner. The food was some of the best we had! The Villa was private, more than enough space for our group and the grounds around the pool was always pristine. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Our group already discussed coming back again and staying longer. Thank you Leonardo!

Wonderful villa with a beautiful outdoor area- fruit trees, roses, and flowers. We enjoyed the wine, snacks and fresh fruit the host had for us upon arrival. This was our last stop in Italy. Bedding, mattresses and AC has not been great in the places that we have stayed, and never was there a fan. This villa had a comfortable bed , great ac, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. My husband said his best night sleep the entire trip. We were missing our dogs and cats and we loved having theirs visit us daily! The hosts were traveling so we didn’t get the chance to meet them. They regularly checked in on us to make sure everything was good and provided local recommendations. Given the reviews and accommodation, I’m sure they are amazing! If you’re ever in Florence, this place is worth the stay.

We had an amazing time in the villa from Tommaso. It has all the amenities that you expect from a villa in this price class. The view looking over the valley is beautiful. The communication with the host was very pleasant and swift. As an example; The existing tv got broken in the evening and the next morning Tomasso installed a new one with all the modern features like Apple Airplay. Since the weather was not great the first days you can imagine that this was very nice to have a good working tv. Anyone who is considering renting a villa in the surrounding of San Donato, I highly recommend this villa from Tommaso.

The Lazy Oak Villa is everything we dreamed of and more for our honeymoon. The house is beautiful, well furnished and feels so homely and comfortable. The surroundings are simply stunning; the view from the house and pool never get old! Mario and Alessandro were super helpful, offering to help us book restaurants and vineyards if needed. Mario keeps to himself so still feels very private but is happy to help with anything and it was nice to see him around (with his cute little dog!) and know he was about if we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend the Lazy Oak Villa more, and we’re already talking about when we could come back!! Thank you Mario and Alessandro!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

The place was exactly as described, we had no issues. Simone was friendly and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and wineries to visit. The only real challenge was the three point turns required on the street when there were cars parked on both sides of the street (lol) but that’s a me problem. Thank you again Simone for everything!

Wonderful villa in Greve, perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bed and bath and the house was spotless when we checked in. Federico was always willing to answer questions about the house as well as local recommendations and even made us a few reservations. Would 100% stay here again when in Tuscany.

If you are looking for a private, peaceful place - this is it. The home itself is spacious and has everything you will need. But, it is the outdoors that really make it special. My kids absolutely loved the river - we spent so much time down there playing in the (very cold) water. This was a lovely halfway point in our trip to reset, enjoy nature and have some quiet before continuing on to Rome.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for our family. The host made us feel incredibly welcome when we arrived, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful help arranging car service and the delicious home-cooked meals provided for our group. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area!

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

7 of us stayed a week at the Villa. It was all we could hope for. The central location between Siena and Florence was perfect. We settled into a rhythm of walking to San Donato for coffee early in the morning, driving to somewhere mid morning until mid afternoon (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti were all SUPER convenient), pool in the afternoon, and then dinner in the evening. So the villa and location were great, but the real differentiator was Tiziana herself. She was so helpful! She helped us understand how much of what we read on the internet was real and how much was fake. She made dinner recommendations and actually called and made reservations for us. She was always available and helpful. She is THE BEST!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Beatrice und Alessandro. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zumachen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Pobyt w tej willi w Toskanii to było absolutne spełnienie marzeń! Miejsce jest przepiękne – otoczone malowniczymi wzgórzami, pełne spokoju i włoskiego uroku. Sama willa urządzona z ogromnym smakiem, bardzo czysta, przestronna i w pełni wyposażona – niczego nam nie brakowało. A basen? Cudo! Idealny do relaksu z widokiem na toskańskie krajobrazy, szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Chcemy szczególnie podziękować gospodarzowi – za ciepłe przyjęcie, pomocne wskazówki i serdeczność, którą czuliśmy przez cały pobyt. To miejsce ma duszę, a atmosfera sprzyja prawdziwemu odpoczynkowi. Z całego serca polecamy tę willę każdemu, kto szuka autentycznego toskańskiego doświadczenia – my na pewno wrócimy! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und da das Apartment mitten in der chianti Region liegt, konnten wir viele Ziele in der Toskana schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig inmitten von Weinbergen und Natur. Rosita und Maria waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett. Der Wein und die cantucini bei ceck in waren ein süßes und leckeres extra. Der eingezäunte Garten war auch für unseren Hund super :) fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären noch super gewesen aber allen in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und würden wiederkommen!:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Valdichiana with easy and clear access to the surrounding towns. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with a combination of olive trees, grapevines, flowers and even herbs like rosemary, basil and mint that we used in our cooking. The rooms were spacious and very private. Our group of 6 were more than comfortably accommodated, each with its own bathroom and AC units that worked well. The two kitchens served us well. We mainly utilized the outside kitchen as the weather throughout our stay was perfect. The kitchens were well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. There were some items that we needed to purchase at the local supermarket, including shower gel, paper towels, napkins, etc. For a one week stay we would recommend extra towels, especially for the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend La Bacaia as a base to fully enjoy your Tuscan vacation.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!
